FZK is currently seeking an enthusiastic, gifted, and self-motivated Social Media Content Designer.

FZK is a woman-owned Marketing agency working with a variety of businesses to reach their professional goals through optimized online presence, high quality testing and implementation of online marketing, branding, social media content creation. We provide a variety of online design and technological services with a focus on growth and evolution while providing a personalized service to our clients.

Job Information:

  • Part-time (10-20 hours to start with the potential to increase as our business continues to grow)
  • Independent contractor (W-9)
  • US work authorization (Required)
  • Graphic design experience: 5 years
  • Remote (US Resident Preferred – it’s a timezone thing)


Role expectations:

  • Attend relevant team meetings (2-3 times per week)
  • Develop new ideas and strategies for a variety of businesses and industries on different social media channels based on clients’ goals and current social media trends
  • Analyze design briefs and branding requirements
  • Design high quality visual content and present ideas and drafts to the team
  • Ensure that all the graphic elements are consistent to client brands in terms of style, colors, and message
  • Create high quality graphics for multiple devices and screen sizes
  • Work with the FZK team to build a strong social media presence for clients
  • Measure key performance indicators and provide suggestions on what can be improved (including but not limited to hashtag research, performance tracking across channels, graphics review, etc.)
  • Write quality captions in the voice of clients (Copywriter will edit after)
  • Occasional social media engagement as required/available and active efforts toward accounts’ growth
  • Scheduling social media content


Social Media Content Designer Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Communications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to create unique content
  • Discipline to prioritize tasks and work remotely
  • Exceptional creative skills
  • Proficiency in graphics editing software such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Sketch
  • Bonus (but not required): Video editing skills
